This app is a work tool used by the sales team of PulseCRM to manage customer leads, calls and follow-ups. Accounts are created by the company's administrator; the app is not for the general public.

What we collect

• Account details of team members: name, email, phone number and role.
• Lead details entered by the team: name, phone number, email, city and notes.
• Call records made from the app: the lead called, the time, the approximate duration and the result chosen by the caller. The app does not read the phone's call log, contacts or SMS, and does not record calls.
• A push notification token, so the app can send follow-up reminders.

How we use it

Only to run the CRM: showing leads to the right team member, reminding them of follow-ups and producing team reports. We do not sell or share this data with advertisers.

Where it is stored

On the company's own server, over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Push notifications are delivered through Google Firebase Cloud Messaging.

Deleting your data

Team members can ask the administrator to delete their account and data at any time. Leads can ask for their details to be deleted by contacting us. Contact: add your email address here.
