Follow-ups and calendar

Never miss a call-back, visit or meeting.

Set a follow-up

When you save a call, or on the lead page, choose the date and time of the next call. The lead then appears in Calls → Follow-ups and in the call queue at that time, and your phone gets a reminder.

The follow-up list

  • Overdue — the time has passed. These come first in the call queue.
  • Today and Upcoming (next 7 days).

The red number on the Calls icon and the alarm bell show how many are due.

Appointments (Calendar)

Book site visits, meetings, demos and calls in Calendar or from the lead page. Choose who is going, the time, the place and a reminder. Mark appointments Done or No show afterwards.

  • Week, month and list view; managers can look at any team member.
  • Click an empty slot to book, click an appointment to change it.
  • Every booking is written on the lead's timeline; the person going gets an alert.

Birthdays and renewals

Fill in a lead's birthday or renewal date (policies, subscriptions, AMCs). The owner gets an alert on the day — and 30, 7 and 1 day before a renewal. An automation can send a WhatsApp wish.

SLA: when a follow-up is missed

An admin can set a rule in Settings → SLA: when a follow-up is more than X hours overdue, the lead goes to the next caller (or managers are alerted).
